The Park Road Solution

When considering security for larger properties, especially those with other buildings on the grounds, high-capacity control panels give us the ability to secure and manage several unique spaces on the same system.

For this particular pair of clients, he's an architect and she designs kitchens, a bit more complex solution than the usual was involved.  This couple have their studio in what was originally the guest house and they were interested in having both the living quarters and the studio on the same security system.  My design was aided by the flexibility of the system platform. We partitioned the control panel, excavated a small trench for the wiring (in conduit, of course) to run between the buildings, added two additional touchpads for their studio and the problem was eloquently solved.  Residential and business spaces on the same property, secured on one system with one monthly service fee.
